Newmarket, 2pm – The card contains the £40,000 Group 3 Sweet Solera Stakes for 2yo fillies (3:40pm). There are also three £20,000 Class 2 Handicaps 3:05pm, 4:15pm and 4:50pm. Runaway leader in the flat jockey championship, Silvestre De Sousa, rides the well fancied Dance Diva in the feature for Richard Fahey.
Lingfield, 5:10pm – A seven-race card on the turf with field sizes of 10-6-12-7-10-8-5. Top jockeys on the card include Oisin Murphy, Fran Berry, Pat Cosgrave, Sean Levey, Martin Harley and Silvestre de Sousa – the latter makes the trip from Newmarket for just one ride on Glenamoy Lad for Michael Wigham (7:40pm)
Kilbeggan, 5:30pm – A National Hunt card with a €20,000 feature (a handicap chase) at 8pm. The card begins with a maiden hurdle over 2m and finishes with a National Hunt flat race (Bumper) over the same distance. Trainers Willie Mullins, Gordon Elliot and Joseph O’Brien all have some interesting entries on the card.

The World Athletic Championships run from Friday August 04 to Sunday August 13, from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, England.
